We will have a in person dates to ask questions, submit printed forms, pick up raffles and make cash/check payments

After the formal agenda, there will be a brief question-and-answer period geared towards how the program is run. (We will not take complaints or discuss individual coaches or players.)

To close, all attendees will be given the opportunity to fill out a comment card relating to the program. Also, if you’ve ever thought about being a part of the board, and weighing in on the important issues, we would encourage you to indicate that on your private comment card at the meeting. We have open chairs and are looking for smiling faces!
